Leo sorry man but you weren't there and you haven't been there for a while so you haven't seen everything, you are wrong.
I've actually seen a person punched and seen the fist raised from the other side of the table to two other foosers. Scott gets shoved. The same person did all of this. There is a problem and plenty of leeway has already been rendered. There's plenty of puff out your chest BS going on in tournament foos but when there is actual follow through, there is actually a problem and it can't be ignored.
Jeez people, it's just a game and none of our livelihoods are dependent on it. SMH.

A day later you are still talking shit about wanting to beat someone's ass over this game. Oh my gosh you are on drugs if you think you're coming back any time soon. The fact you would want to fight because you couldn't score 4 balls on drew and needed to find a scapegoat to fight over a loss is reason enough to give you some time to cool off.

If you want to be mad, fine. If you want to bump chests, fine.

I'll be more than happy to take your $5 in the BYP in 3 months, and that's only after you give me a call to apologize. If you are too proud to do that, then have fun at your dojo seshes...this tourney will go on being the best tourney in the country.

It's not my job to go find players when they are recalled - that's just a courtesy I do for my friends. There are seriously only 3 people (2 now lol) that this really is an issue for...everyone else there is fine with how things are run.

This IS the warning. Next time it will be permanent.

And since you do not know all the facts, there has been a warning....When we moved to Bonfire from BC's.

More specifically...when we were kicked out of our last bar due to multiple foosball incidents.

Baller got on here, and made it clear to EVERYONE that there would be no more warnings. There is no more babysitting, or second and third chances.

Play by the rules, or go sit in time out.

It's pretty easy.

Mark is lucky he's not kicked out of the bar forever, and honestly, he's lucky he's not kicked out of this tournament forever. He's not only a hot head in the traditional foosball sense, but he's proven that he cannot control his temper. He is a grown adult and still thinks it's fun to bully players, on and off the table, and threaten them. This is not the first or second or even third time he's done this.

So no - the warnings are all done. Even the most hot headed of the hot heads know there are lines you don't cross, and Mark has ignored those. I'm not going to allow that kind of behavior at this tourney.

Seriously Leo - Mark is still on here talking about fighting because he was forfeited ONE game. I have forfeited Sherm, Davin, Tommie, Roger, etc...and no one acts like that. In what world is that normal? It's not. lol It's the talk of someone inches from being arrested over a meaningless game. No one got in his face...got physical with him...forced him into a situation where he felt he needed to react first. He lost and went left. He didn't go crazy after learning about the forfeit...he lost it only when CJ and Drew won and he started brooding about it.

I'm not going to wait around for Mark to punch someone again just because things didn't go his way to issue out a suspension. That would be highly irresponsible of me. People like that justify their behavior over anything. He can still go dominate the Balloon Inn or any other tournament around town, but not Bonfire.

I hate being an asshole, but geez...I'm not losing sleep here. His continuous posts about fighting reassure me he doesn't need to be around this tourney for a while. Sucks, because he's a top 3 player in the room.

Don't fall for Bart's kind act here Scott. Unlike the rest of us, he's not happy that you paired up all of the Springs players against each other early so that those scoundrels could take each other out and not take our money. I hear he and Steve are coming to get you. Good luck sleeping.

I'm going to make this short and sweet.

Mark I would first like to say that you're a huge part of Colorado foosball and very important to our scene. But there still is no excuse for you to shove a tournament director. Sometimes it is very difficult for the tournament director to get the tournament done in a timely manner because players are cooperating. There's no set time limit between matches a lot of stuff has to be considered how many teams, how far behind One side of the brackets behind the other and so on. That being said we still need to control our emotions.


It's kind of a sensitive subject but we just got kicked out of BC's because of this bullshit. These actions will not be tolerated at all and I'm extremely shocked that the bar didn't kick you out. The bottom line is you and Scott have to work this out if he chooses to ban you for three months. That's his decision and I back him 100%.

This is a game we all love the play and most of us like to play against the best players. Mark you're one of these players. I understand getting fired up I've been there I've done that but we can't have people getting physical with other people it's just not OK.


And just so everybody else is clear it is the tournament director's discretion on how the tournament needs to be ran. I know people like to come out and party it up drinking hanging out with friends. But you're there to play foosball so let's be respectful of all the others that are there to play foosball.

I said one month at Bonfire because I thought it was just you being you, and forgot that you really mean your dumb fight bullshit. Then the more I started thinking about it, and you kept posting, three sounded good.

You really are a great player, so I'll tell you what...

2. Understand there is no set 5 or 6 minute leeway between every match. It just depends on the tourney. If there are people waiting, players are expected to be at the table. You need to grab some water fine. Go to the bathroom, fine. Decide you need a smoke? Uhh...no. This goes for everyone, not just you.

3. Call me to talk, apologize, and let me know you understand what's acceptable behavior.

And you can come back whenever you want.

You could do all this before next Friday.

This was your warning though - I'm not arguing common sense behavior anymore.

If you don't want to do those, then it's 3 months, as of right now because you're annoying me. lol. I'm open to sooner though because I don't like to hold on to shit.
