Fireball Invades the East Coast!!!
So a new foosball table has hit the scene called Fireball and it's creating a stir. I'm excited to get to play on the new table. Hell, Tony Spredeman supports it, so it's gotta be good. Lucky for us there will be 2 tournaments within driving distance coming up....

King of the Ladder - NYC Foosball Singles Leagues
So we were trying to figure out a way to encourage people to learn how to play singles since we don't have a regular singles tournament.
We decided we wanted to try to run a ladder type system.
If people take it seriously it could be really fun plus it'll also help your singles game in a tournament type atmosphere.

As usual NYC doesn't disappoint and always comes home with the titles!!!

USA WINS WORLD CUP of FOOSBALL.... AGAIN IN 2010!!
Once again Ryan Moore, Tony Spredeman, Billy Pappas, Robby Mares and the boys displayed a dominating performance in Nantes, France to win the 2010 World Cup. Winning Men's Singles, Men's Doubles, Men's Team & Men's Seniors events.
Oddly enough, more European players are starting to play like Americans!! I saw a French player running a stick series and shooting a pull.

Congratulations to Ellen - Tornado World Champion!!
Ellen Moon and her partner Justin Chandler finished 1st place in Amateur Doubles at the 2009 World Championships of Foosball early this September.
Also Runner-Ups… Congrats to Victor and Joe for finishing in 2nd place in Semi-Pro Doubles.
Pretty impressive to see New York City foosball making it to 2 finals at Worlds!! Way to represent!!
