About pissed away a 4-2 lead BUT! with his 4th or 5th shot Nick sealed the deal.
BTW, is this a new combined age record for a rookies final? haha |

On another note, a couple of Nick prodigies from Dish took 1st in beginner doubles and 1st and 3rd in beginner singles! Way to go David Esparza and Nic Padilla! Looks like Dish has taken over as the newb beginner hot spot!

I'm especially proud of David for doubling up. We've been playing every day during breaks at work for the last few years. He's been to Eck's twice I think. It's too bad for us foosers that his family obligations prevent him from being a BC's regular. He's a very good player, both as a goalie and forward. If/when he ever shows up at BC's, you donks better be ready, and don't take him lightly.

Kristin and Jackie played flawlessly. They made some huge adjustments to their zone and really stepped up their game. I am really sick of hearing people say they shouldn't have been playing rookie. it doesn't matter. they played end of story. we beat them so with reason we should of beat them again. they really busted their asses and earned that win. nick and I had a great run but if anyone tries to discredit their title that just isn't right. great job ladies you played great. nick we had an awesome run and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else playing front for me! you got us there man great playing

I was watching Jackie play some this weekend... ....and no way no how should that girl be playing rookie. lol She is one bad girl. Asides from being a machine on the table, she's got how many rookie titles under her belt now? Good job for her, but hopefully she gets moved out of rookies next points update. She's really out grown that rank....she's a woman amongst girls. X Edited by user Monday, November 10, 2014 11:53:12 PM(UTC)

Kristin and Jackie are skilled foosers, and, relatively speaking, so are Brad and I. Let that rookie dubs final be another example of the fact that you also need to be strong mentally & emotionally. And on a long weekend like that, you gotta have stamina. You learn more from losing than winning, and I will learn from this.
