Do you really think there is an army of players who are just sooooo angry right now??

If I get 5 non-crybabies posting they hate this format, I'll....feel bad when I run it.

lol

Uh no, pointing out bad foosballs, jarring, unlevel floors, overlubed foos rods or sticky ones, (no gay), etc. I've even heard Pro Masters make some comments. I don't stop at comments. I bought new foosballs, I cleaned the tables up completely on my own time, provide money for foosers in need or the bar that gives us our home...etc. I've said out loud "I can't complain about something and then not do something about it". Ask Baller.

Well you do a ton for CO Foos Jim (you didn't need to list all your contributions we all know) - when you run a tourney you can make it whatever format you see fit too! lol

Let's give it up for Rick Reese for taking King Seat in FSO at Vegas!

Rippin is sitting at 5th or better on the winner's side in expert singles with a field of 128. Looks like he showed up to play. Go get 'em Rick!

A bunch of us are going to 404 tonight, we are having a 2 point spot plus all drops handicap event if someone goes down 4-2. Let's do this!

Don't worry Boogie, it's weekends like this where a lot of our players are out playing a major that we have to band together and preserve the integrity of a local weekly $5 bar BYP. Sending out my heartfelt thoughts and prayers for the cause.

9 teams

1 - Roger/BJ
2 - Louis/Peter
3 - X/Gavin

Thanks to everyone for coming out. I definitely know all teams benefited at some point with the ball drop, but it still didn't take anything away from the battling.

Boogie I gave you 3rd place money...sorry, I got confused. Or maybe I just felt really bad you had to carry Jim all night.

Acuna and I were talking about specialty events, and I think we have a badass idea that needs some work, but the basic idea is cool. It's like The Ultimate Fighter. The two highest rated players in the tourney pick teams. And then from there, the team captains assign partners, and choose what team faces the other. Not sure how it all works, but I think there's something to that idea. It would be cool strategizing matchups, and rooting on your teammates.

there is this other format that is cool... you pick your partner before you come to the tourney. then you play other teams straight up 2/3 double elimination. it is fricken sweet you should try it out.

If I only showed up once ever year, and got Ryan Moore to be my partner, I'd prefer to keep it traditional too.

^These both made me laugh.
By the way, as predicted, I don't get to do any boasting or trash talk. Screw all of you!
