Okay fellow foosers, once again I appreciate everybody and am ready for a successful weekend of foos. I think we need to swallow some pride and shelve some principles, myself included, and make this fundraiser successful, even if some of us will just make this one the last one instead of the prior one for Team USA!

So for Friday night's OD, I am sponsoring a $200 cash prize to give the regular foosers the normal Friday night feel. Even better, our most gracious host for Friday foos at BC'S on a regular basis, Justin has kicked in a very generous bar add of $100! He normally kicks in $5 per team so let's not embarrass him with less than 20 teams. That's $300 foosers! Every fooser is only paying $5 more each than they would normally pay, and possibly less, because you are paying a $5 green fee, not quarters!

Not enough incentive, how about this: On board to play is Boogie and EA, back to back BC'S winners going for the three-peat! Who wants to try and stop this? We've got the very strong and consistently cashing, if not winning team of Roger and BJ. I know they will not shy away from the challenge! The badass team of Daniel and Jedi have no reason to skip this challenge. There's money in the pot and the weather is going to be splendid. Scott go get Sticky and win this thing or better yet, be my partner and don't leave me hanging! Dustin? I still need a partner! (and it's not because I haven't been asked, thank you Tommie and Shelly, but with what I started today I opted for them to play together since I was bailing)

Listen friends, my whole goal was to make tomorrow night be a huge and successful turnout. Please jump on board! And if I offended anybody, I apologize, but I really want to see all of you tomorrow and this weekend!

I will let whoever runs the tourney tomorrow decide the breakdown in payouts plus there will still be awesome trophies awarded too!

This might sounds facetious, but I totally mean, Oh my gosh these are such great ideas! You could so be a non-profit's chief fundraiser.

Do know though, that all these awesome ideas take time to pull off, and unfortunately, time was not on our side.

Alright, so I never post on this board so you know this means a lot to me when I do.

First, thank you Jim for offering to add money to the Friday night bring. That is very generous of you and we all really appreciate it. I hope it gives people an incentive to play Friday night.

Second, I wanted to say what an honor it is to be on the team. This is my second time representing our country and I wouldn't be able to afford to compete if it weren't for the amazing support of our foosball community.

I also wanted to mention that we are giving really nice trophies to the winners! I mean, these aren't your ordinary trophies. These are trophies that you would be happy to display in your home.

Please, if you have any time this weekend to come out and just stop by we'd all really appreciate it. Even if you don't play, we have shirts, stickers, food and some other nice stuff to buy. I hope to see everyone there.

If Boogie and I pull off the 3-peat, I will donate my entire winnings to Team USA. You heard that right...ENTIRE. $45 from week 1. $90 from week 2. And whatever week 3 prize money is. What about the $10 I won from Jedi's SIDE BET against Boogie and I last week in the finals? Sorry, that is gone... I used it to wipe my ass and flushed it down the toilet.

I know Shelly and Jerry are working NOCO and FOCO but I don't know about the Springs. I don't really have numbers for anybody so I hope they are reading the board. Prolly not a big contingent from the mountains. I don't think Knappy and Kristin will make it.

Suggestion for the bring tonight.

1st - 6th get $50.00 each.

That evens out the money for 6 places.
It's not always easy to get to the top 6 placing spots.

Just a suggestion, since money is being generously added might as well
Spread it out a bit.
