Wow! Sheri moved Colorado State because the Bart O need the Nov 14 because of everything going on in Austin and no hotels would be available for them until Nov. I guess history of the US Open and Bart O being on the same weekend kind of drove that decision. Bart O being the tournament it is should take priority over any State tournament. We will meet this week and discuss alternatives and let you know.

the only tourney that should ever be ran during halloween is the halloween open. so unless you change co state to the halloween open 2015, i'd stay away from that time frame :)

Personally I have read posts before on the EZ board in the past about the Bart O and it's many conflicts and that tournament has never had a steady date that other tourneys could be planned around so while I in no way want to belittle that tourney and what it stands for, I also do not think that our own Colorado State tourney should be belittled by any other tourney either and what it means to a lot of people too. I knew some of the Colorado Foosers that passed and I don't need to go out of State to remember them. I'm saddened quite often when I think of them or see an old picture or hear their names mentioned at our tourney. I think it's important that you are listening to your customers because we know of recent experiences when promoter(s) haven't. Bravo and job well done TSK.

I like the idea of moving CO States to Halloween weekend. Combining Halloween and CO States sounds like a fun weekend. We have all missed family holiday gatherings when touring, and that is one of the sacrifices we had to make when attending a major or minor event. Also, isn't Halloween one of the more pointless holidays when compared to other holidays?
