Tim I have found that if the title of a thread is the same as another one it won't let you post.
So add an extra period or something (I know you know about periods cause you are a little girl!)

What do you guys, TD's, think about starting a thread that just results are posted from all tourneys?
That way we could at least eliminate mulitiple results threads each week

I think a results subforum with limited posting privileges would be the best way to handle this.
If we do go down the subforum path, a 'looking for partner' subforum would be nice also. And for me, a 'looking for partner who will show up' subforum would be even better.

that would be GREAT, Sheri. Eliminate the weekly Easter Egg Hunt. I am sure nobody would go off subject on a RESULTS THREAD. hahaha Edited by user Saturday, June 7, 2014 10:57:22 PM(UTC)

Better do this quickly so Jim could ask again if miller will play this Friday... This wasn't solely directed at Miller. In the past 3 weeks at BC's, I've had 2 no-shows and a Thursday night cancellation. I actually got to play pits last night though, which I miss doing. And Walter, that's what the bolded part above is for. Maybe limit posting in that forum to Baller, Scott, Sheri, Davin, and Christian and let all the derailing happen in the general forum.

That way we could at least eliminate mulitiple results threads each week We're trying to keep all of Bob's results in a single thread now. Maybe each tourney has their own results thread? I have mixed feelings about the subforum/limited privileges..

I don't think we need either. It would just be more awkward and embarassing for scrubs posting in a forum getting no responses. It's already weird when 5 people post for p's, and no one wants to play with each other. And it's killing people to go looking for results? lol Give me a break! All that matters is BC's churning out 20 team turnouts, and everyone on this board is there. Results are posted next day. And the same players are winning every week anyway. Here's a wild prediction for next week: 1 - Boogie 2 - Roger There. I just saved you some time Walter. We don't need more forums for these. X Edited by user Saturday, June 7, 2014 11:48:21 PM(UTC)

Sorry, all I can get out of this is Scott not wanting to get rid of the "COMING SOON" for the results tab. |
