Dana and Colter have king seat in OM! They took down some big teams on the way too: Terry+Keisha, Ryan Moore+Jackie Han, Sandy+Daniel, Robby+Liz Hill, and John Smith+Gena Murray.

Close it out Dana!

He also handled T-Mac and Chris Hesano on the way there. Awesome work...which brings me to this question for Ross: WTF do you do on tour that you don't do locally? 2+Q at America's and then a week later you're putting on a show in Texas? Your game's solid enough all-around that it's not one of those gimmicky beat-you-the-first-time-but-not-once-you've-seen-my-options games. Is it just rest and preparation? Staying warm by playing all day? Extra motivation to win something that means more to you? I'm honestly confused as to how it's so night and day different.

Congrats on the great wins. Keep it up, then hurry back home. I went 2+Q at BC's on Friday, and that never happens when you're here.

Nick Ames & partner is playing for top of losers in the DYP.

Just took a further look, Nick is AM ranked now and his partner, Jason Andrews from Texas is ranked expert.

Congrats Ross!! Pretty amazing showing....wish I would have seen that match. Danny Lynch is no joke either! Ross has taken Ryan Moore 5 games in multiple matches, so maybe this is the match he pulls it out.

Ross has all the tools to beat anyone...so to me, his performance is based on his mental approach. Since he was a scrub, he has always been at his best when he's the underdog. When he's playing better players, he steps it up because he's pretty much playing with house money - he's supposed to lose. He's always beating players higher than him, and losing to players he has no business losing to. Pulling off 1 or 2 upsets a weekend is one thing, but to beat multiple badasses is showing confidence and consistency at the highest levels.

I think if he keeps touring and staying focused on winning, he'll eventually move up to that next level of not losing to us anymore so much...but time will tell. That jump from expert to pro is a tough one, but from pro to master is just a super steep learning curve that takes time. Glad to see him keep fighting through the pro bracket. Would be awesome to have another master here.

Don't forget that Ross works on his tour game locally. He focuses on pits to get his 2 bar and pit game better. He sacrifices local wins for tour success. That's a monster difference between him and everyone else here. Most players are content with keeping their game the same, instead of always trying to improve it.

AND locally we have some very strong/smart players. Boogie, Sticky, Nail, Roger, Moose, Brubaker, Kane, etc...NOBODY is just going to come in here and win all the time. If Robbie and Ryan played locally as much as the rest of us, we'd all start getting wins off them more often too.

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!

I give the credit to Carpenis and his dumping of Ross in OD.

Awesome job Ross! Keep it going!

Check out Christian sitting seat in the Main Street DYP with 18 teams.

There are some very good players in those brackets.

And still in at 5th in RS! Good job!

Ross is just toying with you at local tourney's, like someone shining a laser on the floor in front of a cat. If you want people to keep playing with you, you have to make them think you have a chance. Most Am's and even some Expert's don't even know it is happening to them. Make no mistake, Ross has become one of the elite players in the foosball world.

Me and Dana beat Daniel Lures and Ross 2nd round of pro dubs then got our ass handed to us by john smith and the guy counting points. So far this has been my worst tour showing since my first. This weekend- 3 and out in 3 events, with pro dubs, pro/am, and 1 ball still to go. Were 2up 1 down in pro- so there's progress. 1st tournament worlds 2009 or 08 played 8 events and didnt win 1 game. But damn, with all the time I've spent away from tour, its tough getting back into it. I'm finding a few things I wasn't prrepared for or improperly perpared like cheaters, and badass mofos, new shoes with sore feet, massage fri- bad idea. Not enough rest, not checking to make sure my airmatress held air lol, not handling the presure well.

All tht said, though not as impressive as expected thus far, tournaments not over and ima have a steller rest of the weekend! Hopefully :)

Ross must want those experts in doubles to keep playing with him. :) I thought him and Lyons would smash their way higher in the bracket than 13/16.
