Now that's what I'm talking about...
If Ray was in charge of the points and ranking system a long time ago, then we would all be ranked where we all belong, in our real true ranking!

Say question here, since I'm a low, low non touring expert
that doesn't win anything important, except unique events like dominating point races against the whole state, does that mean I get a point or two in Wednesday or Friday singles?????
I mean after all, I'm not a touring player!

I'm actually beginning to think that I'm actually a rookie, and I've been over rated as an expert for the last 30 years, since I can't win the expert class at state.

Yeah I'm pretty proud of myself too, l mean after all, I'm just this little old Rookie that has been dominating Colorado longer than most players now days have been alive.. hmm, that could be the making of I the Jedi becoming a Legend.. Kicking Colorado's ass as a Rookie, G... I can see it now!

Rookie Expert Master Jedi
The first player ever to have three rankings....

Where oh where do we place the Jedi?
A Rookie because he gets beat by amateurs alike?
A Expert because he takes down world championship title holders above Expert rank on a regular basis?
A Master because, well, just because he is?

Oh and a pro, because I play professional foosball..!

Now I could be actually an amateur, since I haven't won anything big at Colorado State, but yet I compete..

And really I could be a beginner, because I don't know how to shoot a fucking rollover to save my game...like 98 % of the players now do today..

I should be inducted in the Colorado Hall of Fame, for being the first universal ranked player ever on the planet...since I actually fall within all the known rankings in the game, including Elite since I'm the ruler of the North...lol

Just saying

Yeah, well I would most likely have to be dead first before that would happen, since Legends are more popular dead than alive!

And then there is this angle...there are so many players left in the old school era that can go up on that list, so eventually the big stars are going to run out, then what? where and how deep will they dig in the next 10 years to have different names up in black and white that had a history impact on the State?

Do you TRULY believe you'd be a nominee for the HOF? I'm seriously curious because you create a lot of negative energy in the world of CO foos and it seems to me like most of the individuals inducted have had a positive impact.

Think of this in my Oracle point of view, who is going to be running Colorado State Etc 25-30-40 years from now. ...like most of us are going to be dead and dust by then, so will the game and Colorado State be alive and well? or will the game actually die off as like everything else does through time?
What would the game be like 100 years from now, if it actually continued that long, without the world blowing up first?

Well who knows???????, if I wasn't ever nominated, then it wouldn't be an honest "Fair" decision...
You see the negativity because that's what you look for, your a fault finder, because you're an ambassador of Goodwill, so its your nature to find faults in others

It's really ashame that you AK can't twist your head around and see the negativity I had to endure from what you call the positive side of the game. Are you going to stand there or sit there and tell me that what we call the foosball family a major force of positivity, are you fucking serious???

I honestly think that CO Foosball will be thriving! We've got a handful of people who've put countless hours into promoting our sport and pushing it onward and upward. Crazy to think about what the game will be like 100 years from now!!! Cool thought actually. Like who will come up with something we've never thought of. Who will perfect movements like we've never seen. Say ... this makes me think of something. See new thread to follow.

Plus, I would guarantee that every player that was nominated had their negative dealings to deal with along the way, not everything was a bed of roses for any of them..

Also keep in mind, all the players that are on the Hall of Fame list, are the players that came from the past when there wasn't no foosball forum to speak on after tournaments during the week.. if there was a foos Forum in the 70s and 80s, I'm sure you would hear a lot of negativity between others and Tom Spear, right along with others on the CHOF list..
In those days, everyone got their invite through mail, the players showed up, played the game win or lose, went home, and then nothing was said afterwards amung players, they came, they played, they left, and that was it.
No chance for negitivity...
But now days, we have the forum, the tool to speak your ☮️, negitive, or positive, or just down right neutral mind...

Guaranteed it wasn't a bed of roses that's for damn sure. I'm also pretty sure they all (up to this point) have won an open title on tour. I'm sure that will change over time as we progress, as there will be individuals who promote this sport in such a fashion that a HOF induction is without question. But that remains to be seen.

As of right now, November 2018 ... I don't believe you, David Miller, have been a positive enough ambassador to the sport of Foosball to incite any type of talk regarding you in the HOF. Who knows, maybe you change all that and start doing some amazing things and promote this sport like no other. But as of right now, I feel like you've turned more people off of Foosball than you've turned onto it.

It's never too late, to turn it all around.

Side note. Props to all of the promoters throughout the years ... what would your tope 3 promoters/TD's over the years be? My top 3 would be Chapmans/Baller/Davin

How many players in the HOF do you think really promoted the game.?
And why do you think I have to follow the criteria of promoting the game as a way into the Colorado Hall of Fame?
How about the Jedi being the first to write a full extensive book on the game, and while being a native player from this state..
Or being a teacher in the game...I mean really, who do you know by name, that really teaches the game???

Way to side step there bubba. Again, I don't think you've done enough positive things for the game of Foos to be considered up unto this point. But who knows what the next few decades shall bring.
