The North American Cup is coming up quickly and anyone can put a team together. This is a special event to be part of and we have so many strong players there is no reason we can't have multiple team to represent our great state. If you need help forming a team or being part of a team please let me know.
There will be three divisions Open, Expert an Amateur with a minimum of six members per team. Two alternates and one coach will be allowed for each team also. If two or more teams are in the same division from any state, the first round will be a playoff with the winning team representing the state.

im down to set up an amateur team even if you have one already. Ive only been posting and sking about this for awhile. Bruce majors even ignores me when he says to message him about this stuff. Anyway im down for the am team.

Wow I was not good enough to make Scott's team. Even though I captained the first team to bring a North American Cup back to Colorado at any rank.

Sorry I didn't think you were still an AM after 12 years!



Not sure how anyone could leave Joey off 1st team AM. Nick and him are the only AM's who can cash as a forward at Bonfire (Maybe Gavin did) with a stacked chart. I also think Joey is the second best goalie next to Bruce.

Kinda sucks that there are foos politics going on there to split up the best players, but whatever.

That's 2 forwards and 5 goalies??



Second team candidates are pretty good too;

Zach, Davin, Joey, Paco, Tommy Chapman, Salazar

Fact is we have enough players for 3 AM teams. I honestly don't think it politics, it's more of a coaching decision. Who's best in all aspects of the game for this team. Can't wait for everyone to hammer down and show everyone what CO Foos is about on all levels.

I'm holding out for Senior Amateurs. Laugh now, but after watching most of you play, this division will be HUGE in a few years.

I would have put Steve on the Expert team to play pits for Bart since they play fantastic together.

There are a lot of good Am players, including some not on this list, like Clay, Acuna, Josh, Zach B, Juan Jr. It's tough to choose when you have so many good players. It's a good problem to have.

I think it will come down to matching players into teams that have the best chemistry together, style and energy that mesh with each other. I'll be interested to see how this all comes together.
