The following situation occurred a few times when I was playing in Fat Cats last Friday:

Player A attempts a pass from the 5 to the 3. Player B blocks the pass with the front of his first man. While the ball is still moving, Player B plays the ball agains the wall with the first man and when the ball returns from the wall makes a pass with his first man.

I said this was a foul but others disagreed with me. I did a bit of research and this is what I came up with.

Block with the front or back of the man
Passing immediately after the block is allowed. However, if the ball stops moving, you wait more than one second, or if you play against the wall, then you must touch the ball with a second man.

Block with the side of the man
As long as the ball stays moving, you can pass with the same man that blocked the ball. The wall doesn't play a role in this situation.
