Thank you to all of the players for competing and making this our largest turnout in 2015.

Congratulations to the winners of the $100 Guaranteed Rookie DYP:

First Place ($60) Cliff Ladwig and Juan Torres, Jr.

Second Place ($30) Bruce Landers and Josh Bousman.

Third Place ($10) Levi Shick and Chris Chapman.

All six players who cashed also got to choose a prize from the Prize Vault.

Special thanks to all of the amateur (and above) ranked players who came out to cheer, coach, and kibitz the rookie tournament matches. On behalf of the rookies and beginners, We appreciate your generous advice and coaching.

Scott, thank you for asking about our turnout for the $100 Guaranteed Rookie DYP on December 28th, 2015.

We had ten players, a new record for the Rookie Draw.

If we would have had fourteen players (or more), the payout would have increased above one hundred dollars.

I make announcements before the start of every tournament and remind the players of the other tournaments during the week, including your Friday Night Bring and Kid Thunder's Wednesday Night Draw and Saturday Singles.

Please remember to tell your players about the Rookie DYP, and thanks for running the Friday night tournament.

I have definitely told every new player about your tourney.

To me, the experience of playing and winning is invaluable...and the only way new players can do that is among their peers. Just getting the confidence of passing or scoring and winning matches really fuels the competitive spirit.

Thanks a lot for running things!
