Nick almost had the last laugh tonight!
Nick and Tony beat Moose Tommie, then Ditto Pimp, and then had a shot to beat Boogie Cheez to get to the finals in the winners. Nice work!

Tommie almost carried Moose to victory in that match. The Moosedot is dead and should be officially buried, most say right next to the BPOS. Rusty Elk was, well rusty, had to be if he ended up having Ditto have to play forward.
Tony had new glasses. We will break them before next week. First time he realized how bad Nick is. Way to carry the team!
Alright, joking aside, great job you guys.
New foosers rock and are way cool. Welcome to the foos scene all. Hope to see you back regularly. Kruz is a cool kat and Anna is a knockout! Saw nothing but smiles out of you guys so I hope that meant you had a great time.
For Sweater:
19 teams. I left early but here is where it was at:
Boogie/Cheezy king seat playing Kane/Lexi in finals.
3rd. Blind Baller/x (yeah little x cause he was insignificant)
4th. Ditto/Pimp
I was playing pickups but I believe this is where it was.

Great to see some new blood out. Kruz and Ana8 - way to play! There's so much to learn, but if I were to only give you one tip for now, it would be spend a few hours every day on just ball control drills (there's some on youtube I think). Your game will get much better when you have control. More possessions, better understanding of what's possible, more time on the clock, etc. A week of ball control drills will make you a ton better all around. I know it's boring, but you have to learn to walk before you can run. There's definitely something to be said for beginners hitting this tourney and seeing the game being played at the highest level. Snoopy, Kruz, and Ana8 started the night as really nooby (not snoopy so much), but by the middle of the night, you could see their game get noticeably better. X PS - Nice work Boogie last night with the power switches. Lexi and Kane were playing really good, but cheez/boogie took it. Edited by user Saturday, June 7, 2014 2:57:41 PM(UTC)
