NYC Foosers,

Never in my ten years in New York have we as a community focused much on singles play or training. I believe, with so many of us going to tournaments these days, that we likely now have enough players to add a day to the fooosball week, devoted to singles play.
I know I’m interested.
Monday seems like a good fit, with low populations at the bar, and a chance to get warm right before the Tuesday Tourney doesn’t hurt.
There are already a few who have expressed interest, like Danny, Maryam, and Jakub.
The rules should encourage singles play, as in singles only on table 1 from 7-10pm, with table two available for singles, doubles, and regular fat cat patrons.
I also think a banter- style 3 win and off the table rule would work well for singles so that no individual plays all night while everyone else waits each week.

I’d like to hear everyone’s thoughts, and hope to get some singles going soon :)
