Teddy and Rob were like an avalanche. There was no running, there was no hiding. They rolled over us and nothing Brian or I could do mattered.
In the second match, Rob bricked Brian's pull shot up until the last game, where Brian finally started reading it better. But it was too late as Teddy got his shot in order and cranked out some insane longs on the front. Teddy's passing was superb all night as he just kept drilling that brush-up. I was able to cover most of Rob's shots from the back but couldn't stand up to Teddy's barrage. When I did manage to get the ball, Rob and Teddy converged as one unit and completely zoned out my 2-bar shot. Need to learn how to deal with that.
Great playing guys! It was a really fun match.
