This is a very rough gambling format set for a single elimination singles tourney.
Loser pays winner after every match. Nothing on the cuff.
Aslo set for 8 players who would spot up at a needed handicap, to account for skill level.
After the 1st round, players can drop out at any time and eliminated players can buy back
in at 2nd round price of $20 etc etc
Winners can also buy out a players spot, but risks his winner spot on the chart.
The title match has to be for $80. May take some tweaking, but $80 is a must.
Players can also negotiate side bets as long as set money advances for next round.
Sweaters can negotiate side bets, with other sweaters, winning player gets at least a 10% tip from the winning sweaters earnings.
Sweaters can negotiate side bets with players, well before the match. NO DISTRACTIONS!
TD gets at least a 10% tip from winner for providing tables and keeping charts.
TD gets at least a 10% tip from any added house money.

This would also work for double elimination if you half the money. There is so many variables though, I couldn't get my head around it without a bracket to help me.

This is more or less hypothetical, but any constructive advice would be appreciated.
